Yesterday we bought a pair of swimming trunks, and it was way too small. So we tried to exchange the size of the swimming trunks, but even though the pair of swimming trunks was brand new, we couldn't exchange the size, or even get a refund. The service is also really bad, so we don't recommend coming to the botany downs warehouse. I also want to remind everyone to check their receipt as the refundable warning is incredibly small.

I recently visited The Warehouse Botany and had a fantastic time. The store was well-organized with a wide selection. Isabella, a staff member, was particularly helpful. She guided me to the plates section and assisted me in choosing the right ones with useful advice. Her friendly and professional service made my visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!
