Terribly rude staff. No convenient entrance into the establishment—up two flights of stairs. No prior notice about the inability to bring a support person, and the staff were extremely impolite about it. Additionally, deceptive before and after photos— they instruct you to furrow your brows before, then raise them to appear improved after. Be cautious for multiple reasons.
An incredibly warm and welcoming feeling from the moment I stepped inside. I truly appreciated the authentic care and engaging conversations from everyone I encountered. Every detail was clearly explained to me, and the treatment itself surpassed my expectations. I left feeling relaxed and eagerly looking forward to embarking on my journey as a member of Caci clinic.
