The team, they appeared so lively and eager to assist me as a customer. They offered their help, and were eager to guide me. They showed me items I didn't know about and made sure I understood my purchase.

Quite let down by my recent experience at Kiwi Hill and the customer service. I bought a ring in June, the store manager was nice but then a stone fell out 4 months later. When I took it in, I was told it needed to be sent away. That was okay, but when it returned, I was informed there would be a fee as it wasn't a manufacturing fault. When I asked what caused it and what would happen if it occurred again, I was told not to sleep with it or wash dishes (which I don't do anyway) and it wouldn't happen. The sales assistant mentioned seeing others with the same ring and no issues. I felt blamed for this, I wanted assurance it wouldn't happen again. I inquired about warranties or if there was something I could buy for coverage, and was told there's a 3-month repair warranty and after that, it's my cost if it recurs. Clearly, the products aren't of good quality if stones fall out 4 months after purchase. I won't be shopping there again.
