Even if they miss a call, they promptly return it. The booking system through Facebook Messenger is quick and hassle-free. A big shout out to Toni and Hayley. Charlin has been an excellent therapist. She pays exceptional attention to detail, explains each product being used, and has a deep understanding of skin conditions and potential treatments. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

When I sought clarification, I was simply told it was a policy without further explanation. As a new mother, I left feeling perplexed and somewhat embarrassed. Even if you filled out an online form, you still gotta spend at least 15' more in your first session for questions. I shelled out $80 for a 45' massage and I only got 30 minutes on the table. The therapist was skilled and had a nice technique but the customer service was pretty poor.
