I've been to loads of places for massage (relaxation & deep tissue ones). And this is the first time that the service is so messed up. Even if you filled out an online form, you still gotta spend at least 15' more in your first session for questions. I shelled out $80 for a 45' massage and I only got 30 minutes on the table. The therapist was skilled and had a nice technique but the customer service was pretty poor. Terribly rude staff. No convenient entrance into the establishment—up two flights of stairs. No prior notice about the inability to bring a support person, and the staff were extremely impolite about it. Additionally, deceptive before and after photos— they instruct you to furrow your brows before, then raise them to appear improved after. Be cautious for multiple reasons.About
