I've been to loads of places for massage (relaxation & deep tissue ones). And this is the first time that the service is so messed up. Even if you filled out an online form, you still gotta spend at least 15' more in your first session for questions. I shelled out $80 for a 45' massage and I only got 30 minutes on the table. The therapist was skilled and had a nice technique but the customer service was pretty poor. Really top-notch massage, good pressure and consistent check ins from my therapist. She was super friendly, 4 stars because the music was somewhat all over the show and a bit punchy.
