It's been around 2 years since I started coming to this wonderful establishment. Every team member is highly skilled. The appointment booking service is efficient. Even if they miss a call, they promptly return it. The booking system through Facebook Messenger is quick and hassle-free. A big shout out to Toni and Hayley. Charlin has been an excellent therapist. She pays exceptional attention to detail, explains each product being used, and has a deep understanding of skin conditions and potential treatments. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

What a stunning wee hideaway. We were given a koha for a 2 hour hot pool experience for our wedding and decided to extend it to an overnight escape for our first anniversary - and we were thrilled we did. The place was simply stunning, with all the little details that enhanced the atmosphere. Te Aroha the host is a real gem as well. Totally worth the visit. She possesses knowledge and expertise and devised a plan that yielded results for me! I've been to loads of places for massage (relaxation & deep tissue ones). And this is the first time that the service is so messed up. Even if you filled out an online form, you still gotta spend at least 15' more in your first session for questions. I shelled out $80 for a 45' massage and I only got 30 minutes on the table. The therapist was skilled and had a nice technique but the customer service was pretty poor.
