I reached out to the Chemist about a product in the dispensary that was 50% pricier than other Chemists in the vicinity ($15 instead of $10). However, they seemed uninterested, replying with "I'm content with our pricing"! Well, I'm content with escalating this matter to Professional Services at Green Cross Health Ltd.
