Zoe's service left me utterly let down yesterday! I opted for a haircut and eyebrow tint. Unfortunately, the tint faded the very next day. The haircut was a disaster, despite showing her a reference photo. She seemed rushed as her next appointment arrived mid-cut, and I was left unsatisfied. Katie and the other stylist had previously provided exceptional service. Additionally, I noticed a significant amount of dust around the salon, which was not up to the standard I expected from VAMP compared to last year...
Had my hair styled by Mia and she did an outstanding job. I was thrilled with my fresh look as I entered 2024. The atmosphere was inviting and all the staff made me feel at ease, especially since it was my first visit. Walked out beaming and I will definitely be returning! 😊
