My spouse and I utilized New World to order alcohol for our wedding day, we were blown away by the service, Staff member Jacinta was absolutely fantastic, she was supportive and secured us fantastic deals. She guided us every step of the way until our special day. Not only did they deliver to the venue, but they also offer a buy-back scheme for any unused alcohol.
We will definitely turn to New World again for any upcoming events.
Many don't realize the extent of services they offer to their customers. It's better to support local small businesses over larger franchises.

Absolutely fantastic experience. From Auckland & forgot shampoo/Con at home. Attending a wedding and needed clean hair. (After 3 days lol) Called the salon & got Rachel and what a lovely lady. No worries at all, come on down (3 mins from where we were staying!) Partner needed a buzz cut and face shave & once again not an issue. Sarah introduced herself and had me sit to understand what I needed. Honestly, I thought they would only have time to wash and condition but Sarah was so kind and said you are off to a wedding, we will have you looking the part & so she did. I was so grateful. Sarah did a very good Job as I am not used to curls but wow. Rachel did a great job for my partner - he looked very sharp. Your girls' personalities are fantastic lol Honestly, you made our day with such laughter and made it quite exciting. Thank you again and we will definitely be stopping in again next time.

Highly let down by this shop - consistently. I can't find all my usual items here on my weekly shop, unlike at other supermarkets. Basic things like peaches! Also disappointing that even though it's 26 March 2024 - how many weeks or months since opening? - there's still no soft plastics recycling bin. While most cashiers are kind and helpful, some of the older ones - like Deb today - have a negative attitude towards life and customers. No 'service' to be found. Needless to say, this shop is now my least favorite to visit.
