I've been frequenting this beauty salon for years and have never had a negative experience, it's top-notch! All the team members are delightful; especially Sarah, she's absolutely fantastic, my go-to beauty therapist, and I make sure to see her every time I'm in Auckland.
Having relied on the Kiwi reviews here, I feel compelled to share my own feedback even though I usually shy away from such things. I dislike giving negative comments but in this case, I must.
Secondly, the treatment I had booked for 15 minutes was only carried out for 5 minutes, leaving a significant portion untreated, with the explanation that I would need to return for further sessions. This did surprise me a bit, but I assumed it was because overdoing it could be counterproductive if she rushed. However, after 2 weeks, when the treated area should have healed, the issue under my eyes worsened. Numerous additional syringomas appeared, making it three times worse than before. Despite my continued trust in them, I reached out, sending updated photos and seeking their response. It has been 2 months now, and I have yet to hear back. In conclusion, not only do they lack professionalism and knowledge, but their customer service is also severely lacking. I hope my experience can offer others some objective insights if they are considering similar treatments.
