The supermarket is always bustling, car parks consistently full, and a perpetual shortage of checkout staff. Each time I visit, there seems to be only one cashier handling long queues. Most items are usually in stock on the shelves.
Opted for the click and collect service, only to discover that the butter and 1kg block of cheese were missing from my order. These were among the priciest items on my list. How does such a blunder even occur? It's another glaring example of how this establishment is swindling customers. I'm forced to shop there out of necessity, and these unscrupulous individuals take advantage of that. Staff members idly chatting and loitering around with brooms while the store is packed... a complete disgrace. Pull yourselves together.
Absolutely dreadful service - three individuals manning the information center and self-service checkouts, while one overwhelmed attendant struggles with a lengthy line of overflowing trolleys. My spouse endured a wait of at least 20 minutes to be attended to. SHOCKINGLY INEPT MANAGEMENT!
