Always friendly, always helpful, they treat you like they care for their little sibling in need. Awesome folks all around.
I submitted a dozen prescriptions on Friday arvo at 2pm, planning to pick them up on Saturday morning. Arriving at 10.10am on Saturday, I found they had barely begun. After a 20-minute wait, I was informed one item was out of stock and needed to be ordered, so now I have to return on Monday. No apologies were offered for the inconvenience. Upon checking the items at home, my wife discovered two errors, one being Micreme H instead of Micreme. Needless to say, we were not impressed.
The staff here are caring and friendly.
