Normally, I receive excellent and friendly customer service. However, there is one individual who is rude and lazy. I will certainly be avoiding her checkout from now on, as this is not the first time I have experienced her appalling customer service.
I have recently started shopping here. Typically, the checkout staff are welcoming and smile when greeted. However, today I encountered a very lethargic and impolite operator who treated me and other customers as if we were all a bother. Her attitude was awful. If I return, I will definitely steer clear of her.
Wow! This shop is fantastic to visit. The team is incredibly friendly, and the store is spotless with a great selection of products on display. Claire and Richard, the exceptional owners, are doing an amazing job for their team and the local community. Keep up the fantastic work!
