The fruit and veg section is well-organized. Aisles seem just right, not too long like Pak'n Save or too short like New World. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy, with over 2 Disabled parks near entrance.
In the same fortnight, I've received the following in my click and collect: - A peach with live maggots - 2 broccoli infested with live caterpillars - Bak choy 9 days old in my click and collect order - Mouldy kiwifruit - Mouldy tomato They dismissed my complaint, so I've reported it to New Zealand Food Safety.
There's no bad feedback sadly. Continuously spoiled and rotten items from Pak'n Save, New World supermarkets. No shame in selling these and deceiving customers. Bought lime packets. 4 out of 6 were rotten. Last week, price mismatch for mixed nuts, apologized at billing counter and charged higher. Not recommending Pak'n Save at all. I'm done.
