What a stunning location, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Ample parking available. Impeccably clean and tidy.
The biggest issue wasn't the transformation of my hair from a soft sun-kissed blonde to a full head of white-grey due to excessive bleaching, then to a dull grey-brown after Octavia's attempt to rectify it. While her effort was appreciated, my main concern arose when I pointed out the disaster on my head, only to have the owner argue, become aggressive, and insist that my hair was meant to look that way, which was far from my natural color. The over-bleaching left my hair damaged for months, making it impossible for other stylists to touch it. Octavia did offer a partial refund, acknowledging the mishap, but the whole experience was truly unpleasant.
