Absolutely appalling service! I arrived for my appointment that I had booked weeks in advance and traveled 30 minutes for. However, upon reaching the salon, I found the door locked and no one present. Despite trying to call, message, and email, I received no response. I waited for 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time before eventually leaving. It has been five days, and I am yet to receive any form of communication back.
My significant other surprised me with a $100 voucher for Christmas 2021. I made three separate bookings, all of which were canceled on the same day just hours before the appointments (I had to close my business each time to make it on time as we have identical opening hours). After the third cancellation, I decided to request a refund as I am entitled to it (everyone is, especially after being canceled on three occasions). Two weeks later, with no response, I reached out via Instagram. However, they continued to deny my request. A friend of mine made some bookings as she used to frequent the establishment, so I messaged Bee Beauty to inform them that my friend would be using the voucher (they did mention that I could give it away or sell it). But they insisted that it doesn't work that way, and they even texted my friend, expressing discomfort with my message and canceled her appointment just an hour before it was scheduled. Many have advised me to take this matter to the tribunal due to their unprofessional behavior. Quite disappointed! I've been delaying writing a review since February, but everyone I speak to suggests that I should!
