Arrived outside this morning to purchase a wristwatch. There stood an elderly blonde individual adjusting the window display. We inquired if the store was open as per their 9:30am schedule, it now being 9:32am. She replied negatively and proceeded to mouth an explanation from behind a closed display window. We opted to go across the street to another jeweler and made our purchase there. The customer service, or lack thereof, was astonishing. Having worked in retail for most of my life, I would never treat my customers the way this individual treated us today. I suggest that this particular individual undergo more customer service training. Avoid spending your money here.
Cannot recommend Knights Kerikeri highly enough. From the initial visit & consultations with the team regarding redesigning my jewelry until completion, they were outstanding. Their customer service is top-notch. I received detailed designs and pricing, and I was overjoyed with the outcome. Thank you all. Much obliged.
