She was an attentive listener, incredibly thorough, and supportive of my inquiries regarding ethical origins and sustainability. My spouse and I also relished our visits to the store for chats:) The final product, a timeless treasure that brings back memories of the most enchanting day of my life each time I catch a glimpse of my hand. Arrived outside this morning to purchase a wristwatch. There stood an elderly blonde individual adjusting the window display. We inquired if the store was open as per their 9:30am schedule, it now being 9:32am. She replied negatively and proceeded to mouth an explanation from behind a closed display window. We opted to go across the street to another jeweler and made our purchase there. The customer service, or lack thereof, was astonishing. Having worked in retail for most of my life, I would never treat my customers the way this individual treated us today. I suggest that this particular individual undergo more customer service training. Shoutout to the kind young man who pierced my daughter's ears today. So patient and friendly, explained everything clearly. We even got a free pair of earrings because one of the ones my daughter chose didn't work well with the gun. The $23 cost, including cleaning solution, is quite reasonable.
