Worst customer service ever! booked three appointments 2 moons out via email as was asked to put a 50% deposit down. Asked if this was standard procedure and they advised yes because of the time being booked by therapists. Totally understandable, gave my number and asked to call me to obtain the credit card details as i did not want to email them. No one called me! Then then i get an email saying my appointments have been cancelled as i didn't pay the deposit 2 weeks out from the date. They said they didn't have my number so i forwarded the email with my number and then subsequently says they tried to call me multiple times and left voices messages which they did not. What a way to run a business..

Not a fan of gyms at all, but this place has won me over. It took me a couple of attempts to walk through the door, but now I hate missing a session. We have such a great time and the workouts are always different, so there's no chance of getting bored. My golf game has improved thanks to the increased strength and stamina from the weight training. My wrist arthritis used to be painful, but it's almost gone now thanks to the exercises we do. I reserved and relished a same day massage as my neck felt stiff from an awkward sleep and we had a lengthy drive the next day. I opted for a foot scrub and head massage for added relaxation. The entire experience was delightful and incredibly soothing. Typically, I'm good to go after an hour of self-care massage, but I could have easily doubled my time with Ameere!
