Worst customer service ever! booked three appointments 2 moons out via email as was asked to put a 50% deposit down. Asked if this was standard procedure and they advised yes because of the time being booked by therapists. Totally understandable, gave my number and asked to call me to obtain the credit card details as i did not want to email them. No one called me! Then then i get an email saying my appointments have been cancelled as i didn't pay the deposit 2 weeks out from the date. They said they didn't have my number so i forwarded the email with my number and then subsequently says they tried to call me multiple times and left voices messages which they did not. What a way to run a business..

A lovely individual who skillfully cut my hair, she knew her craft well and only charged me 40 bucks. I will definitely return! Features a small playground and cafe, although the cafe was closed. Teina's sent me a reminder text the day before my appointment. I traveled 45 minutes, including a ferry ride, to make it to my 9 a.m. slot punctually, only to be informed that insufficient time had been allocated for me.
As a loyal client for a while now, I was shocked when Tamati, the owner, suggested I either wait or reschedule due to a booking error. The colorist was occupied with another client. What kind of unprofessional establishment fails to communicate such a mistake to the client? When I confronted Tamati, she felt "unsafe" and asked me to leave.
No follow-up call was made upon realizing the oversight. How thoughtless!
Tamati, this is not how you treat your clients. Utterly disrespectful!
