We've been loyal customers of Waipapa Vision Care for about 6 years now. The service has consistently been top-notch. I'm absolutely thrilled with the quality of my latest pair of spectacles. Additionally, they did a fantastic job fixing up my old pair of glasses, allowing me to keep them as a spare.
My significant other and I have been patrons for three years, regularly attending check-ups and purchasing new eyewear. Unfortunately, both of our glasses encountered issues this year. The arm of mine disconnected, necessitating a repair by post. Unable to go without, I had to invest in new lenses for a temporary replacement while the original pair was being fixed. Then, my partner lost a lens. Despite the fact that we had not explicitly communicated that both sets of glasses were under a year old when sent for repair, the warranty did not cover the replacements.
