On a visit for a trim, the wonderful individuals attending were pleasant. However, on this particular occasion, I requested a shortening at the back and a trim on the sides, yet left with significantly shorter hair than anticipated. The drastic change left me in tears, as it had taken me a considerable amount of time to grow my hair. Both my friends and I were shocked by the outcome, making it difficult for me to face my reflection. The use of a razor instead of scissors and the lack of acknowledgment when I expressed my dissatisfaction left me feeling disregarded.
