Thank you so much Aroha!!! You are incredible! So caring and very gentle, not to mention extremely respectful. I usually don't enjoy going to hair salons but I was thoroughly impressed. As someone who struggles with chatty stylists, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone notice and respect my preference for a quiet experience (without me having to say anything!). Highly recommend! And the first time I've left a salon feeling like I got a fantastic haircut.
I had a stunning balayage done here a few years ago, so I returned for the same style but I was quite disappointed with the result as it didn't blend well with my natural hair color. I sent an email expressing my concerns and they offered to rectify it. I went back the next day for the fix and now it looks great. I'm glad I didn't settle for the initial outcome. The team is friendly, accommodating, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
From the moment we walked in and throughout the entire appointment, the staff were incredibly pleasant and friendly. My sibling and I came in for regrowth touch-up. Lani carefully examined my current hair color; I mentioned that my usual stylist told me it was a shade 8. She assured me she knew the exact color. After the coloring and washing, she said it was a perfect match. However, I am dissatisfied. The regrowth is noticeably darker than the rest of my hair. My sibling's color, on the other hand, was a flawless match. As I mentioned, the staff were fantastic, but I fail to see how they believed the color match was perfect.
