I had lash extensions done and the technician glued my eye corners together, forcefully breaking the glue. Excessive glue was used, with each lash adhering to about 6 natural lashes. When one falls off, they all do, even sticking to my eyelid. My eyes are swollen, itchy, and red. I've never experienced such pain and poor quality elsewhere. Lashes should be attached to specific lashes, not all. Unhappy with the service, they chatted in their language above me, creating an awkward atmosphere.
I’ve visited a few times with gaps in between, each time I had to pluck missed hairs with tweezers. I chose it for proximity and affordability, but my last visit was so unsatisfactory that I won't return. They work swiftly without ensuring thorough hair removal.
