Appalling service. Had to keep chasing up to get an update on my parcel, only to find out it was mistakenly delivered to the neighboring house. Assured it would be re-sent to me (I can't leave home for various reasons). Then, when I followed up again to check on the progress, I was rudely informed that if I wanted my parcel, I should go pick it up myself.
