Absolutely top-notch service, selection & prices. Placed an order on Wed, had it in my hands by Fri. Made a mistake with my order, but they were super helpful in exchanging it for the right item. Bought some conditioner online, and it was dispatched quickly. Unfortunately, the package never made it to me. They did contact the courier, which was good. Turns out it was swiped from my doorstep, not their fault. However, their response post-confirmation has been lacking in terms of good customer service. No "sorry to hear that." No offer to reorder with tracking. No suggestion to send it to a different address. Complete silence from their end. This lack of communication is why I can't recommend them and won't be a returning customer.
