Service was subpar. Staff displayed rudeness and the salon was overbooked, leading to hurried work. While the technicians showed skill, the rushed environment compromised the quality of service. The prevalent attitude problems were hard to overlook. The ombre could have been much better.

Courtney is the best in the business! As someone who hated getting my nails done..I now look forward to my appointments with her! She is extremely knowledgeable and very skilled in her craft. To get to Polished by Court at 3/11 Northside Drive, Westgate, Auckland 0814, New Zealand by public transport, take the 120 bus from Britomart Transport Centre and get off at Westgate Shopping Centre, then it's a 10-minute walk to the salon. If driving, head northwest on Westgate Drive, turn left onto Northside Drive, and the salon will be on your left at the corner of Northside Drive and Fred Taylor Drive.
