So caring and very gentle, not to mention extremely respectful. I usually don't enjoy going to hair salons but I was thoroughly impressed. As someone who struggles with chatty stylists, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone notice and respect my preference for a quiet experience (without me having to say anything!).

Appalling service. Had to keep chasing up to get an update on my parcel, only to find out it was mistakenly delivered to the neighboring house. Assured it would be re-sent to me (I can't leave home for various reasons). Then, when I followed up again to check on the progress, I was rudely informed that if I wanted my parcel, I should go pick it up myself.About

From there, it's a short walk to the salon. If driving, head northwest on State Highway 16, take the Hobsonville Road exit, turn left onto Hobsonville Road, then left onto Laurenson Road.
