I adore Gl’amour! Just relocated to Aotearoa and had to part with my beloved jewels before the move. This store offers a plethora of chic earrings, necklaces, and bracelets! The salespeople are incredibly kind and the styles are on point. Can't wait to stock up on all my accessories here! 😍
My teenage daughter surprised me with a pair of earrings from this store on a Thursday evening. I tried them on Friday night and found them to be too small. Despite wearing one for less than a couple of minutes, when I attempted to return them the next morning, the salesperson immediately pointed to the fine print on the 'gift receipt' stating that exchanges only applied to non-pierced items. My daughter had specifically asked for a gift receipt so that I could exchange them if they didn't fit, which seems like a reasonable assumption and expectation that was not communicated. I have never scrutinized the fine print on a gift receipt before. A quick search online suggests that an alcohol wipe is a common solution for earring exchanges in some cases. It was extremely disappointing that they showed no interest in facilitating an exchange, which would have likely been beneficial for them as well.
Consistently exceptional customer service, staff are always friendly, and there are constantly new collections arriving to stay in line with the latest trends. Without a doubt, my go-to store in Westfield. In my opinion, the best place to purchase gifts.
