Service was subpar. Staff displayed rudeness and the salon was overbooked, leading to hurried work. While the technicians showed skill, the rushed environment compromised the quality of service. The prevalent attitude problems were hard to overlook. The ombre could have been much better.
A delightful establishment with ample parking available. Opted for GEL acrylics and pleased with the outcome. The only downside was the apparent rush due to a high volume of clients and limited staff. Unfortunately, the rush resulted in a cut cuticle that bled slightly.
Absolutely shocking experience! I confirmed my appointment thrice, but upon arrival, they claimed no record existed. The rushed service resulted in bleeding cuticles, nails of uneven lengths, incorrect color, and a $25 overcharge! The photo depicts both thumbs. Avoid at all costs. Also, the new receptionist failed to schedule my appointment despite multiple interactions over the phone.
