I have been to many salons around the globe and require frequent visits (sometimes weekly) due to the physical strain of my job (long-haul flight attendant). A few months back, I saw Xi Xi for a session focusing on my back, shoulders, and neck. She utilized hot stones and cupping, and I swear, I didn't need to visit a massage parlour for months afterward. I was pain-free for months!
I used to adore this spot as I used to see an older lady who was FANTASTIC!!! But since my last visit last week, I've sustained a terrible injury to my neck and shoulder blade. It appears I've gone to the same individual everyone has been criticizing with one star reviews. This individual was highly unprofessional, very rough, and seemed clueless. It was unlike any massage I've ever had. She was pushing and shoving my body so much that the entire massage table was moving due to the force. It's been 5 days since that session, and I still can't move my neck in certain directions, and my shoulder blades are sore. I won't be returning, and I hope these reviews are taken seriously because it's a matter of health and safety. No one should be harmed at a massage place.
