Dr. Kauri and the team are brilliant. I was a bit apprehensive when I got in the chair but Dr. Kauri made me relax and was awesome at explaining what was happening. I didn't catch the name of the dental assistant (sorry) but they saw me trying to move something that was uncomfortable and pressing on my nose so they placed a cotton roll under my nose and it took the pain away. Very observant person. I can't express enough how friendly and professional the whole team is. And Dr. Kauri gave me some great advice. They definitely care about the people and didn't even upsell some magnesium powder to help with sleep. I asked if I could get it from the supermarket or chemist, they said chemist. I went out to pay and saw it on the shelf. I purchased it from them. I highly recommend Huapai Dental as they truly have a holistic service. Thank you so much!
As far as dental treatment goes, it was the most enjoyable dental experience I have ever had. Friendly, warm, takes lots of time to inform and coach. Holistic approach which I value highly, and very reasonable pricing. Thanks team😁...
I saw Dr. Kauri in my teen years for orthotic treatment for TMJ. I can open up my mouth and they basically know everything my body is going through. I've been to inner city dentists but I just have to keep going back and see the team at Huapai Dental as the service and consultation is unparalleled. I love the holistic approach and greatly appreciate Dr. Kauri's knowledge. Hana's hospitality always makes you feel welcome. The prices are always fair and the consultations are more thorough than any other practice I've attended.
