Precious Nails

My first time getting a manicure with gel nail polish. Absolutely thrilled, the staff were incredibly welcoming. So many options to choose from, almost overwhelming. Perfect score of 10 out of 10.

Appalling. The equipment was filthy, the nail files were repulsive and old, there were remnants of other people's nails on the counter where our nails were being worked on. The employees simply chatted amongst themselves the entire time, while a child ran around screaming. A truly unpleasant experience. I will not be returning. Nothing was sanitized. It was just…revolting.

SO disappointed with my experience here. Definitely not worth a 1 star rating. The customer service was incredibly disrespectful. Conversing loudly in their own language across the salon floor, disregarding me and my daughter who were receiving treatments. Before taking a seat, I requested to use the restroom and was gestured towards the rear of the establishment. Subsequently, a staff member began speaking loudly and rudely to a colleague behind her while I was still at the front desk finalizing a payment of $110. While I was away, my daughter overheard the term "Māori" amidst their boisterous conversation. Had I known then, I would have insisted on a refund. The consistent loud and disrespectful behavior towards customers is completely unacceptable. It was evident multiple times that they were gossiping about the clients in front of them. I will NEVER return to this place.
