Thank you Aroha. I've just gone short after years of having long hair, and just moved back to New Zealand. Finding a new, good hairdresser was important to me. Aroha was great. She was confident, knew what I wanted, and helped me with a new style that will be my go to from now on. I'll keep going here now. Great stuff!
Paid for a permanent wave and required add on (cut, blow dry, style). Permanent wave resulted in no locks or even waves. A bit more volume, but this is easily achieved with products added during blow drying. Basically paid hundreds of $ for a 10 min haircut. Washed 3 days later in the hope some waves were going to magically appear, but the hair is straight as ever. Stylist took picture before and after, differing only in length of hair. Very disappointed. Appointment 27.6.-1.45
Thankyou Kiri, I really enjoyed having you cut / style my hair today. I normally get home from a salon with a migraine from the bright lights, chatting and noise but this was really peaceful, dim lighting, nice music, happy staff and you were absolutely lovely. You listened to what I like and how my hair behaves and took the time to cut my thick curly hair into a style that is easy to maintain and will grow out nicely. Thankyou I will be back.
