I popped into the store to get some basic A4 sheets printed. Waited at the front counter for 15 minutes while the staff/owner (not sure which) chatted on the phone, probably with a helpdesk for the single printer. I exited without a single word being spoken to me. For straightforward printing, head to the nearby public library just 200m away. They offer better prices and service (though no color printing) without requiring library membership.
I entered and inquired about printing off some photos. The woman gave me a disdainful look and ignored my request. When I asked again, she rudely replied, 'we don't do photo printing.' Her tone was awful, treating me as if I were foolish for asking. She looked me up and down, smirking condescendingly. If you don't offer photo printing, perhaps remove that from your advert in the Lincoln Community News to avoid such interactions.
So, I went to have some photos printed and inquired with the person there. Everything seemed fine, and I asked about the costs. She mentioned 30 cents for a black and white page or 50 cents for a colored one. I got four colored sheets and was charged a total of $3.50. Initially, I declined a receipt, but upon reflection, I returned to inquire. To my surprise, she claimed it was 80 cents per colored page, which still should have totaled $3.20. She overcharged me. I was disappointed, especially when another customer who came in after me was served first. I had my eye on some Chinese chips but didn't have enough money left. Overall, a very disappointing experience; I would not recommend this place.
