I sent an email inquiry and called in the morning to schedule an appointment. They were fully booked. They placed me on the waitlist, and I was thankful that they accommodated me last minute. I underwent acupuncture and cannot find fault with this service. However, I was quite disappointed to be billed $145.00 on my way out, when it was stated as $95.00. They explained it was a consultation fee, but a brief 5-minute conversation (if even that) about my concerns and symptoms is not worth the money in my view. I would have preferred knowing the cost upfront and not after, particularly as a new patient. If you require ACC coverage, ensure you address this before your appointment.
