As a member for around 9 months, my experience with the service was inconsistent. There was a noticeable gap between the owner and the staff, leading to frequent complaints and evident internal issues, including inadequate training. Although the treatments were satisfactory, the scheduling changes without notice disrupted the frequency I was expecting. Despite receiving an apology from the owner, promising improvement, the issues persisted, leading to my decision to cancel my membership. Even after canceling, I faced challenges as they continued to charge me for several months. Switching to another Caci location highlighted the stark contrast in standards. The new clinic excels in professionalism, cleanliness, and quality of service. I strongly advise against trying this particular franchise.
