New Year’s Day in Wellington Airport on my own and sick 😒. I went across the road and Hemi was the pharmacist on duty at Chemist Warehouse. They were incredibly helpful - offering advice and recommendations on medication and other remedies to use over the next 3 days. Airport Doctors was closed until 8 January - thankfully the Chemist Warehouse was open. I’m grateful Hemi assisted me and highly recommend them if you’re in need of any help from a pharmacy or similar.
I could rate it a 0 if possible. Worst customer service I've experienced. Here's a suggestion for Management. Employ individuals who genuinely want to fulfill their duties and not treat it as an inconvenience. Your cashier "Elena" displayed a very negative attitude. I needed some blood testing strips for a diabetic, and she was extremely unhelpful, disregarded my inquiry about their location. She only mentioned they were at the dispensary when my wife went to pay, and she rushed her to pay because, as she claimed, we were taking too long. Management, strive for improvement and hire staff who are eager to work instead of a grumpy individual who is driving customers away. Due to her, I will be utilizing other branches from now on.
