Spa Family

Well, that's an intriguing one. Mishaps can happen in any trade; it's a simple truth. The way a business bounces back is what separates the good from the bad. In this case, Team, you've done exceptionally well. From sales to delivery and the solutions that were sought. 5 stars from me.

I purchased a spa from them a year ago at a spa expo. I was enticed by the fact that it was made in New Zealand and had a Davey pump. The service was outstanding, with clear communication about wait times. When the spa was delivered while we were on holiday, I had prepared a space on the deck for it but hadn't quite cut out enough. The delivery team kindly fetched a saw and trimmed it for me. The plug had fallen in, so my grandmother couldn't find it, and an electrician was there that afternoon to fix the issue. They even walked my grandmother through the setup process over the phone, and she got it running (I'm still baffled by how they managed that). A year later, I haven't encountered any problems and have been using it extensively. Family Spas really exceeded my expectations. I've recently sold my house, and the new owners wanted the spa, so I'm calling to order another one from Family Spas. In 2023, I bought a larger spa for the new house and a smaller one for the holiday home. Once again, excellent service, excellent product (no tub delamination issues with Family Spas unlike others). After a few years, I still can't see why anyone would choose a different brand. I am a loyal customer for life.

Content with the product, but the post-sales service is lacking! I've had multiple instances where it takes weeks to receive any response, if at all. Dealing directly with Emma is the only positive experience I've had.
