My visit was a disaster. Went in on Tuesday for foils and keratin, told to return in 3 days for a wash. Refused extra charge for same-day wash. Promised wash, iron, and trim on Saturday, but then told about additional charges not mentioned earlier. Anjali didn't respond when I raised the issue, seeming indifferent. Staff did good work, but Anjali and her sister push for more money. Not recommended.
Happy with my hair outcome, but the service was terrible. Unwelcoming atmosphere, process dragged on for hours. Manager always trying to squeeze more money, ignoring limits set. Also, forgot my mother's coffee request. Won't return, advise others not to either.
I had a bad time. Went with my partner, not knowing it's a salon for all. The facial was subpar for me, and even worse for my partner. No trolley, therapist moving around for products. Equipment not up to par, therapist not in control. Inconsistent strokes. My facial was 20 minutes massage, then 20 with the face pack. My partner got a rushed 15-minute treatment, lacking proper training. Disappointing experience. Wouldn't suggest.
