Observing the clash between hardworking staff and customers expecting the moon is quite striking. The disparity highlights the challenges faced by service industry workers. The toll on employees, dealing with entitled attitudes, is evident. This scenario underscores the need for a more considerate approach from customers.
Worst customer service from Lisa, I bought stuff before delivery and could not return within 7 days as was in hospital for a month. When I and babies were recovered, went there to return the product with receipt which was not even opened, Lisa did not even understood situation and no sympathy, refused to take it back. When I asked for manager or any customer service num or email from head office she simply said google it. This is not the way we treat the customers in NZ. Then I lodged query online and got a call to go back to store and return and applogiesed for her behaviour. I felt racism with no humanity.
