Looking at their Instagram, their work is stunning, but I should've checked the Kiwi reviews before going to the store. They completely messed up my nails. I was left with bulky nails and glue all over my fingers. The store was packed, and it was not a relaxing experience at all. I wouldn't suggest coming here; some of the workers shouldn't even be handling people's nails as they lack experience. I went today to get my eyebrows waxed and threaded, the person I usually go to, the Maori Indian one she was attending to someone else so I got it done by another person this time. My eyebrows were already in an arch shape and I wanted them to stay clean and in that shape, mate this person completely changed the shape, like do you know how long it takes to grow them and to actually maintain that shape. Simply put, it's standard procedure that when doing a perm and trim, the haircut should come after. He's not one to seek conflict, but as a hair salon, this should be common knowledge. Why would anyone want half of their head to remain straight after a perm? Before the treatment, his hair length was sufficient for perming. This is by far mine and my whānau's most visited mall. We used to live within the area, and our home was just a few minutes' walk to here. We'd have lunch and/or dinner there on most days and shop for other stuff as well on other days. Even now, after moving to East Auckland we still come here on most days because we've become so familiar with the place and the stores. And it has everything, everything you could need all in one place. Imagine all your favourite stores in one place where you can just stroll from one to the other and then sit down and have a meal with whānau and friends or by yourself or even see a movie.
