Promised wash, iron, and trim on Saturday, but then told about additional charges not mentioned earlier. Anjali didn't respond when I raised the issue, seeming indifferent. Staff did good work, but Anjali and her sister push for more money. Not recommended.About

They accidentally cut my skin while they should have been stretching it to remove the fine hairs, leaving me with scratches on my face 😭. They did offer a partial refund, which I found acceptable. This morning, I visited the shopping centre to purchase a set of dishes worth $160. The person at the checkout, named Preeti, was not very helpful and displayed a negative attitude. The dishes were quite heavy, and when I requested an extra bag, she declined. Thankfully, another woman intervened and provided me with the bag. Furthermore, the dishes were not packed properly. It seems like Preeti could benefit from some training on how to provide customer service with a smile and genuine care.
