This is by far mine and my whānau's most visited mall. We used to live within the area, and our home was just a few minutes' walk to here. We'd have lunch and/or dinner there on most days and shop for other stuff as well on other days. Even now, after moving to East Auckland we still come here on most days because we've become so familiar with the place and the stores. And it has everything, everything you could need all in one place. Imagine all your favourite stores in one place where you can just stroll from one to the other and then sit down and have a meal with whānau and friends or by yourself or even see a movie. Promised wash, iron, and trim on Saturday, but then told about additional charges not mentioned earlier. Anjali didn't respond when I raised the issue, seeming indifferent. Staff did good work, but Anjali and her sister push for more money. Not recommended.About

Walking into Harmony @ Westfield Auckland is like coming home or visiting a friend's place. The team there (Kahu, Te Aroha & Aroha) are the only ones I trust with my hair. They're open to trying new things, but if something won't work or suit me, they're honest about it. About 9 years ago, I visited every salon in Auckland Mall asking to go from dark brown to blonde. One salon quoted me around $600 for blonde highlights because they thought maintaining Blonde Hair would be too difficult. Another salon had sky-high prices, but Harmony was the friendliest, most affordable, and actually listened to what I wanted, even making sure I had the right products to take home. Since then, I haven't gone anywhere else. From copper to blonde to black to blonde to pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month to copper again, my hair has been through a lot but remains healthy, soft, and well-maintained. The team at Harmony Auckland truly feels like family. Thank you, wonderful people!

They caused my hair to break and fall out. I requested simple highlight streaks. Despite showing them the picture multiple times, the manager insisted she knew exactly what to do without needing the photo. They applied too much bleach to my hair, causing significant damage. Three individuals frantically worked on my hair as it fell out. When I inquired about the situation, they deceitfully claimed that all was well. They continued to try and hide the issue, roughly handling my hair for 3 hours. There was no gentleness, no concern for my already fragile hair. In the end, my hair sported 5 different colors: orange, white, purple, brown, green. They charged me $390, assuming I wouldn't notice the disaster on my head, lying to me about the outcome. Returning home, I faced the harsh reality in the mirror. This was by far the worst experience, truly traumatic. They manipulate you into thinking they didn't mess up, shifting the blame onto you. I tried to come to terms with it, but each day I witness my hair breaking and falling out.
