Visited the Hamilton store on several occasions, the gentleman there is fantastic, knowledgeable, and very amicable. However, there is a new individual working there who emits a strong unpleasant odor. I have been there multiple times recently, and the odor remains consistent each time! I was left with bulky nails and glue all over my fingers. The store was packed, and it was not a relaxing experience at all. I wouldn't suggest coming here; some of the workers shouldn't even be handling people's nails as they lack experience. They proposed using the back camera of a phone for the photo, with the assurance that they would edit it and check its acceptability. I value my time and do not wish to waste it on a re-capture using a phone camera. Furthermore, customers should be informed about the camera situation before any charges are imposed. Most individuals carry smartphones these days, so if you are going to use phone cameras for official photos and charge $13, why should customers visit your shop? Left booking too late for a trial, but was reassured that a pre-wedding tan would turn out fine. The whole experience was comfy and very informative (even got detailed written aftercare instructions). When your tech is in awe as they spray you, you know they're tan pros. The "sun-kissed" tan (my pick) turned out amazing, no one guessed it was a spray tan. When I spilled the beans, they all thought it was my natural tan. That's how you know it's a good tan!
