This morning, I visited the shopping centre to purchase a set of dishes worth $160. The person at the checkout, named Preeti, was not very helpful and displayed a negative attitude. The dishes were quite heavy, and when I requested an extra bag, she declined. Thankfully, another woman intervened and provided me with the bag. Furthermore, the dishes were not packed properly. It seems like Preeti could benefit from some training on how to provide customer service with a smile and genuine care. As a loyal customer, I have never encountered such a staff member before. 🥺
Received exceptional service from Blake at the Queenstown store today. She was initially assisting with homeware, but truly shined in the toy section. A delightful person to interact with, she truly brightened my day. It's not my usual practice, but she definitely deserves a special mention for providing such a wonderful shopping experience. Impressive store with a wide selection of women's clothing. The store was clean and well-maintained. An older female employee (possibly a floor manager) was not very helpful when we inquired about a specific item. However, a younger female sales assistant was extremely helpful and guided us to the right area. Thank you :-)
