Visited with my sister for a full face waxing and threading session at Beauty Bliss on Sunday 2/06/24. The staff was delightful, but we were both quite disappointed with the results. They accidentally cut my skin while they should have been stretching it to remove the fine hairs, leaving me with scratches on my face 😭. They did offer a partial refund, which I found acceptable. It's crucial for their employees to undergo more training to prevent such incidents in the future.
Today was my first time discovering “Beauty Bliss” situated in the Westfield mall in Manukau. I received exceptional service from the friendly individuals working there. I had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed and threaded by a lady named Aroha (please correct me if I’m mistaken). This was the first time I felt relaxed and at ease during this waxing session, Aroha had gentle hands and consistently checked on my comfort. I am truly grateful for the service, especially the attention to detail. I look forward to visiting again, so to anyone who hasn't been here yet, make sure to give them a try! Service and the establishment itself deserve a rating of 1000/10. Best wishes to all future patrons.
