The customer service at this store is quite poor, with staff seeming disinterested in assisting customers. When I asked for help, I was directed to another department where I faced further issues. Despite numerous staff members being present, no one made an effort to help promptly. This lack of attention to customers is disappointing, considering the beautiful setup and product range of the store. The store manager should address this to ensure a better customer experience.
Harvey Norman has a great range of household items like sofas, beds, dining sets, and electronics such as laptops. I've bought most of my stuff from there, including a laptop with extended warranty. When it had issues, they handled the process well, offering a refund when a replacement wasn't available. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experiences there. The staff, both technical and sales, are helpful and polite, although the counter staff's attitudes can vary. I always enjoy browsing around the store; it has ample parking and a fantastic location.
I bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner from this store in November and was disappointed to find out that the battery only lasts seven minutes on maximum power. When I raised this issue with the store, they simply pointed out that the information was in the booklet that came with the product.
