The lackluster customer service and unengaging interaction led me to abandon my purchase and seek a better experience elsewhere. After contacting them, they promised to provide the missing items but never followed up. Feeling frustrated, I called them multiple times, only to be met with forgetfulness and unhelpfulness. Eventually, I gave up and had to find the right adapter on my own to use the monitor.
Horrible service from the store manager (short Pacific Islander lady with glasses). She was rude and lacked customer service skills. Despite being promised a bonus S22 with the purchase of an S24 Ultra, she initially claimed the S22 was out of stock nationwide. However, after lodging a complaint online, we discovered it was available at the Pukekohe branch and finally received it. Kudos to the online team for their assistance.
